New Hampshire Permit Approvals take time to achieve and homeowners are encouraged to plan accordingly.
Most New Hampshire Wetland Bureau Applications have a 50-day initial review period and many can take 3-5 months to receive approval. Most New Hampshire Shoreland Bureau Applications have an initial 30-day review period. Effluent Disposal Design (ISDS) Applications have less review timelines but owners are still encouraged to plan accordingly.
