Prior to starting Advantage NH Lakes in the spring of 2012, I was General Manager at Ambrose Marine Construction in Meredith, NH. I had previously worked with Beckwith Builders, Inc. and Lakeshore Construction, Inc. in Wolfeboro, NH as a Project Manager and NHDES Permit Specialist for site and shoreline projects.

I was born and raised in New Hampshire and am truly fortunate to call New Hampshire my home. I very much enjoy collaborating with my customers to assist them in achieving their dreams while continuing to protect this beautiful state’s water quality and natural resources.

We offer a variety of services, including managing the intricate NHDES Wetlands Bureau permitting process for lake construction projects such as new permanent and seasonal docks, “dug-in” boathouses, breakwater and dock design, perched beaches, dock registrations, seasonal canopies, shoreline decks, dock repairs and much more.

We also offer NHDES Shoreland application services dealing with the NH Protected Shoreland Regulations which regulate impacts within 250' from the lake including, but not limited to, projects such as new homes, home improvements, patios, walkways and driveways.

In addition to NHDES Wetland and Shoreland Bureau application services we also offer assistance with your on-site wastewater needs, preparing NHDES Effluent Disposal System Designs (ISDS) for residential and commercial waste disposal systems.
